How to play Croquet

Blue and black balls plays against Red and Yellow.

The First side to get their balls through all 12 hoops in order and then hit the center peg is

deemed the winner.

Once a ball completes the circuit and hits the center pin it is removed from the game.

The small clips are placed on top on the next hoop that the corresponding ball needs to pass

through.

Players play alternate turns. 

Players start a turn by hitting either of their teams balls, however they must continue hitting

that ball for the remainder of their turn.

The player gets another hit if either of the following occur:

-They hit the ball through the appropriate hoop or

-The ball they hit collides with another ball.

How to play Bocce

Bocce is best played with two teams of one or two players.

First player throws the jack.

They then toss their bocce ball at the jack. The first thrower then steps aside and his team does not throw again until the opposing team has either gotten one of its bocce balls closer to the jack or has thrown all of its balls.

The team whose bocce balls are closest to the jack is called "inside" and the opposing team "outside." Whenever a team gets inside, it steps aside and lets the outside team throw. The team outside throws until it beats (not ties) the opposing ball. This continues until both teams have used all their bocce balls (a total of 8, 4 from each team).

One point for each ball that is closer to the jack than the closest opponents ball.

First to 12 points is the winner of the game.  Three games make a match.
